This group is the container that holds your 90 days — not just a place to post updates, but a space to actually be witnessed while you do this work. Everyone here said yes to the same thing you did: rebuilding their life, on purpose, across their body, mind, emotions, and spirit, in real time. You are not doing this alone, even on the days it feels that way.

A few things to know as you settle in:

∙ This is a confidential space. What’s shared here stays here. Show up honestly, and extend that same trust to everyone else in this group.

∙ You’ll see a daily post here, tied to wherever you are in your 90 days — sometimes practical, sometimes reflective. There’s no obligation to comment, but you’re always welcome to.

∙ Your live calls, ceremonies, and guides are your primary curriculum — this group is where you process what’s coming up in between them, not a replacement for the work itself.

∙ There’s no timeline for how this should feel. Some days will be easy. Some won’t. Both are correct.
